How to Play UNO No Mercy

- Share your 6-character Room Code or invite link with friends.
- Host starts the game when all players are ready.
- Match cards by color, number, or action symbol on the discard pile.
- Use action cards — Skip, Reverse, Draw Two, Wild Draw Four, Skip Everyone, Discard All, and Wild Shuffle Hands.
- Play a 7 to swap hands with another player. Play a 0 to rotate all hands.
- First to empty their hand wins. Players with 25+ cards are eliminated under the Mercy Rule.
